Ingredients: Smoked haddock; potato, herbs; spring onion; seasoning and a quality mature cheddar centre.

125g delicious cod and parsley fishcakes, packed with cod and fresh herbs; seasoned with plenty of black pepper and maldon sea salt and coated in natural crumb.

Ingredients: Local line-caught cod, potato, parsley, chives, maldon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. 

• Contains some homemade tartare sauce - ingredients: mayonnaise, capers, creamed horseradish, dijon mustard, shallot and  parsley.

Hot Smoked Salmon

Using our usual premium quality home-roasted hot-smoked salmon, these 125g fishcakes are versatile and delicious!  Coated in natural crumb.

Ingredients: Potato, hot-smoked salmon, lemon zest and juice, chives, parsley and spring onions.
