Delicious and very popular, our home made pate uses our usual premium quality hot roast salmon, blended with simple ingredients to create a smooth and popular pate.

Ingredients: Hot-smoked salmon, creme fraiche, red onion, lemon juice and seasoning.

Smoked Mackerel Pate

Flavoursome pate, using Scottish Mackerel along with other delicate flavours to enhance it's delicious flavour.

Ingredients: Smoked Mackerel, crème fraiche, spring onions; herbs, maldon sea salt, lemon juice.

Smoked Salmon, Dill & Lemon Pate

Another delicious variation of smoked salmon pate, this time slightly more creamy with a hint of dill and lemon.

Ingredients: Hot-smoked salmon, cream cheese, crème fraiche, lemon, dill and seasoning.

Smoked Trout Pate

Delicious, creamy, with a touch of horseradish; a real favourite.
