Skate Wings Portion (approx 200g)

Skate Wings have a strong, distinctive flavour with a fibrous texture. The flesh is firm with a light pink colour. Many say the flesh is similar to that of shellfish, in particular scallops. The wings can be grilled, steamed or pan-fried.
